Poor Baby Fell from High Tree, and He Was Unconscious for a While

Deep in the dense forest, a sudden thud broke the peaceful silence. A poor baby monkey had fallen from a high tree, landing hard on the forest floor. The tiny creature, barely strong enough to climb on his own, had likely slipped while trying to keep up with his troop. The fall knocked him unconscious, and for a while, he lay motionless, his small chest rising and falling weakly.

Other monkeys in the troop cried out in distress, but unable to help, they soon moved on, leaving the little one behind. Alone and hurt, the baby monkey’s body was limp, his breathing shallow. His soft fur was covered in dust and leaves, and there was a small scratch on his forehead from the impact.

Luckily, a wildlife rescue team was nearby, conducting a routine patrol. One of the rescuers spotted the motionless baby and rushed to his side. After checking his vital signs, they gently lifted him and placed him in a warm blanket. The baby stirred slightly — a hopeful sign.

He was rushed to a wildlife rehabilitation center, where he was treated for mild head trauma and shock. The veterinarians monitored him closely, keeping him warm and comfortable. After a few hours, the baby finally opened his eyes, dazed but alive.

The rescue team named him “Lucky,” for surviving a fall that could have been much worse. Over the next few days, Lucky began to show signs of recovery — drinking milk, holding onto fingers, and even attempting to sit up.

Though the road to full recovery will take time, Lucky is now safe, loved, and on his way back to health. His fall was frightening, but his strength and spirit are already shining through.
