In a heartbreaking moment deep within the forest, a baby monkey clung desperately to its lifeless mother, refusing to let go. The mother monkey had been fatally injured, her body still and cold, while her confused and frightened baby sat beside her, crying softly and reaching out.
“Mom, don’t go…”—though the baby could not speak, its actions said everything.
